If you want to look up firearm sales by serial number in your invoice archive (QuickRecall), set up your firearm items as serial number items in Inventory Maintenance (Tally field on the Codes tab = S). That way, the system posts the first 14 characters of the serial number from your Eagle system in the descriptor line, which allows lookup by serial number in QuickRecall.
