You can modify a report in an end-of-day queue, as long as the report is available in Epicor Eagle™ for Windows. For reports that are not yet completed for Eagle for Windows, you will have to use the old method of deleting the report from the end-of-day queue, and then re-adding it.
A QuickTip video about modifying end-of-day queues is available. To view this QuickTip, go to http://www.activant.com/eagle-customer-support/, and click Training Browser. When the Training Browser displays, click Videos in the left pane, click Quick Tips, and then select System Management.
Display the queue that contains the Eagle for Windows report you want to modify.
Click on the report you want to modify.
Click Drill. An information dialog box displays. Read the information and click OK.
Make the necessary modifications to the report.
Click Queue. The Save to EOD Queue dialog box displays.
Click "Save your changes back to Queue X, Store Y, Position Z" (where X, Y, and Z equal the queue name, the store number, and the position in the queue, respectively).
A dialog box displays, asking you if you want to exit the window.
Click Yes if you want to exit, or click No if you want to change another report. If you select No, repeat steps 2-6 for the next report you want to change.
