(ID# 5148) This POS option in Options Configuration determines if the QRPRINT report (Batch-Print Archived Documents) prints using Enhanced Forms, which are customized forms that are set up by transaction type. When this option is set to No, the document prints to the printer associated with QRPRINT’s Printer Number field.
When this option is set to Yes, the document prints to the printer defined in the print server’s Invoice Printer field in Device Configuration. For example, if the Default Printer in QRPRINT = HP LaserJet Pro P1102W, and the Invoice Printer in Device Configuration = Lexmark T620, the output is to the Lexmark T620 printer, and the enhanced form prints.
When this option is set to No, the document prints to the printer specified in QRPRINT's Printer Number field. For example, if the Default Printer in QRPRINT = HP LaserJet Pro P1102W, and the Invoice Printer in Device Configuration = Lexmark T620, the output is to the HP LaserJet Pro P1102W printer, and the non-enhanced form prints.
