Welcome to Accounts Payable for Windows

Welcome to Epicor Eagleā„¢ Accounts Payable for Windows. At the most basic level, accounts payable can be defined as producing checks to pay the bills generated by your business. But your Accounts Payable for Windows application includes much more than that. The system tracks accounts payable discounts and purchases. Once you've entered transactions into the system, you can take advantage of prompt payment discounts and manage your cash flow more effectively.

The Accounts Payable application tracks all General Ledger transactions. You can post the transactions manually to General Ledger, or you can tell the system to post those transactions automatically by setting up automatic pass-off. You must have the General Ledger application if you want to use the automatic pass-off feature.
