You can look up items in the Catalog by drilling down either to quickly review items by category, or to view the classes (category) and finelines (subcategory) within departments (note: drill-down is not available on product groups).
To look up by drilling down
From the Catalog Find Item screen, click Drill.
Under Department, double-click the department you want to drill down.
Under Class (Category), double-click the class you want to drill down.
Under Fineline (Sub-Category), double-click the fineline for which you want to view items.
A QuickTip video about drilling down to a fineline is available. To view this QuickTip, go to http://www.activant.com/eagle-customer-support/, and click Training Browser. When the Training Browser displays, click Videos in the left pane, click Quick Tips, and the click Catalog.
If you want to display items at any point during the drill down, on the toolbar, click Lookup.
If you want to move back a category at any time, double-click the category.
