Changing the Size of the View

Follow this procedure in the screen that you want to modify the view.

To change the size of the View

1. Right-click anywhere on a column heading.   Click here for an example.

2. Point to Control Panel on the shortcut menu.

3. On the Control Panel submenu, click Zoom In (bigger) or click Zoom Out (smaller).

4. On the File menu, click Save View.

5. Click Grid Layout Only, or Lookup and Grid Layout, then click OK.  The Save View dialog displays.

6. Do one of the following:

   • In the Desc box, type a description of the view, and click Save.  The new view will be saved.

   • Click on existing view and click Save.  The existing view will be saved with the changes you made.
