A view is a saved setting that displays selected columns of item information on a grid. From a Viewer window, you can open a view that you previously saved.
From the File menu, click Open View.
From the Open View window, click one of the views and then click Open. The view displays.
After you click one of the views to select it, you can click the Details button to see more information about this view.
