From the Inventory Maintenance window, you can click the Next or Previous buttons to scroll through your inventory items. The order in which the items display are determined by Function NEX and how you display the item.
If you type a UPC in the SKU box and click the UPC LU button, then as you click Next or Previous, the items display in UPC number order. An arrow displays to the right of the UPC box to remind you that the items are displaying in UPC number order.
If you type a manufacturer part number in the SKU box and click the Mfg LU button, then as you click Next or Previous, the items display in manufacturer part number order. An arrow displays to the right of the Mfg# box to remind you that the items are displaying in manufacturer part number order.
If you type an item number in the SKU box and click display or if the SKU box is clear, then as you click Next or Previous, the items display according to the order you've set up in Function NEX (Inventory Next and Attribute Selection).
