Viewing Items' Promotion History

Use the Promotional History Viewer to view the promotion history of the items in your inventory.  Note:  the option "Number of Years to Keep Promotional History" in Options Configuration determines the length of time your system stores promotion history.

1. Display the Inventory Maintenance window.

2. Click GoTo, then click View Promo History.

3. In the Promotional History Viewer, click Lookup.  The View By dialog box displays.

4. Use the up or down arrow keys to highlight a lookup method, and click OK.

You can look up by:

1. • SKU number

   • Promo Name/Start Date

5. To narrow your search, select the appropriate information in the drop-down box(es) that display.

6. Click Refresh.  The promotion history that meets the criteria you selected displays.

7. When you are finished viewing promotion history, click Close to close the window.

Tip

Instead of using the GoTo Menu to access the Promotional History Viewer, you can click on the History tab of Inventory Maintenance.
