If you use the Advanced Raincheck feature (you can turn it on in Options Configuration), this field on the Stocking tab of the Inventory Maintenance window shows the quantity of an item that is currently on outstanding rainchecks.
If you click on , a dialog box displays, which shows the following additional raincheck information:
Percent to Order— the percentage of the amount on all outstanding rainchecks that you want to order (the Suggested Order Report uses this field).
To Date Qty Sold— the total amount of an item that has been sold as a result of rainchecks.
To Date Qty Issued— the total amount of an item that has been placed on rainchecks, whether or not those rainchecks were redeemed.
To Date Percent Sold— the percent of rainchecks for an item that are actually redeemed. This percent is calculated by dividing the To Date Qty Sold by the To Date Qty Issued.
First Date Issued— the date an item was first placed on a raincheck.
