Use this field on the Codes tab of Inventory Maintenance to determine whether the system includes promotional sales in the regular sales history fields on the History tab of Inventory Maintenance.
Y = Add regular and promotional sales together. Reorder this item based on regular and promotional sales.
N = Keep regular and promotional sales completely separate. Reorder this item based on regular sales.
If you want to exclude promotional sales from order point calculations, but include them in regular sales:
Type Y in this field.
and
Type Y in the Keep Promo History? field.
The default comes from the Count Promotional Sales In Sales History? field in Options Configuration (or Function MIC).
