Multistore: This field is store-specific.
This field on the Codes tab of Inventory Maintenance identifies non-merchandise items. Point-of-sale uses this field to categorize sales by merchandise, labor, freight, and miscellaneous. Items with a special record code print in a special section of the Daily Journal Report (RDJ).
F = This is a freight item.
L = This is a labor item.
M = This is a miscellaneous item.
Blank = This is not a special record.
The default is blank.
