Use the following procedure to print laser Inventory labels for the items you designated in the Label Manager grid.
Make sure you have labels in the printer.
If you want to print labels for all the items in the grid, click All/None so that a checkmark displays to the left of every item in the grid.
If you want to print labels for only certain items in the grid, click the box to the left of just those items, so that a checkmark displays in the box.
Click Print.
In the Select Label Profile dialog, select the label format (profile) you want to use.
Click Open. The Print Labels dialog displays.
In the Printer box, leave the default or specify a different printer at which you want to print the labels.
In the Starting Column box, leave the default of 1 if you are using a new sheet of labels. If you are using a sheet of labels that has been partially used, enter the column at which you want the current batch of labels to start printing.
If you want to use a sheet of labels that has been partially used, you can only do so if no labels have been removed from the sheet. If labels have been removed, your printer may jam.
In the Starting Row box, leave the default of 1 if you are using a new sheet of labels. If you are using a sheet of labels that has been partially used, enter the row at which you want the current batch of labels to start printing.

Click Preview if you want to preview the labels before you print them.
Click OK to print the labels.
