Using Drop-Down Combo Boxes

Some boxes are drop-down combo boxes. A drop-down combo box allows you to type a value or display a list and select the value from the list.

For example, the Cust# box on the Header Screen. The arrow to the right of this box indicates that this is a drop-down combo box. You could type the customer number or display the Customer list and select it from there.

To display a drop-down combo box list

1. Press alt+down arrow. The list displays.

2. Scroll down using the page down or the down arrow keys.

Or

Scroll up using the page up or the up arrow keys.

3. Highlight your selection.

4. Press enter. The list closes and your selection displays in the box
