Using The Phone Number To Look Up Customers

Use the following procedure to look up customer accounts in POS by phone number.

1. In the Customer box of POS, type all or some the customer’s seven or ten digit phone number (do not type parentheses or hyphens). Note: Option 9584 determines when the automatic search begins, either after 7 or 10 characters.  

2. In the Customer list, use the arrow keys to highlight the customer you want to use.

3. Press enter to select the customer number.
