Use the Purchasing and Receiving window to create and maintain purchase orders. From this window, you can manually add a new purchase order header or view purchase orders that are already in the system.
From this window you can also add items to the purchase order, view items that are already on a purchase order, or change items that are already on a purchase order.
There are also a variety of viewers available that you can access from the Purchasing and Receiving window. The viewers allow you to display purchasing and inventory information in a grid format.
