From and To

Use the From and To fields to limit the items that are selected to print on labels.  The From and To fields that display depend on what you enter in the File to Use field.  

For example:  

You are printing labels from the Inventory File. You select 5 in the From and To Department fields. This limits the report so that the system only selects and prints labels for items in department 5.

You are printing labels from the Price Change File.  You type 03/15/01 in the From and To Date Effective fields. This limits the report so that the system only selects and prints labels for items in the Price Change File that have an effective date of 3/15/01.

You are printing labels from the Item Change File. You type 02/21/17 in the From and 03/21/17 in the To Date Created fields. This limits the items printed to only those whose change date is within this date range.

You are printing labels from the Purchasing File.  You type 2256 in the From and To P.O. Number fields. This limits the report so that the system only selects and prints labels for items from purchase order #2256.

You are printing labels from the Transfer File. You type 1207 in the From and To Transfer Number fields. This limits the report so that the system only selects and prints labels for items from transfer #1207.
