This field determines whether the system updates more than one PO when you use Option F to finalize. This field is designed to prevent you from finalizing POs accidentally.
Y = Allow more than one PO to be updated when the Receiving Report is run with Option F.
N = Allow only one PO to be updated when the Receiving Report is run with Option F.
