From and To

From and To range on the Receiving Report (RRP). If you want to limit the information that prints, enter the range in the From and To fields.

Here are two examples:

• You select 100 in the From and To PO Number fields.  This limits the report so that the system only prints PO number 100.

• You select Smith in the From and To Vendor fields.  This limits the report so that the system only prints POs for the vendor Smith.

Set blank ‘To’ fields same as ‘From’ field –  When <Run> is pressed if a ‘From’ value is entered without a ‘To’ value the user will be prompted to enter either Yes or No in this new field.  Hint:  To save you time by not having to also put the same value in the ‘To’ fields, save your default view with this new field set to Yes.
