Welcome to End-of-Day Queue Maintenance

Your end-of-day,  end-of-month, and end-of-year reports are run in a "queue", which is simply a series of reports run in a particular order. You create queues by clicking   from any report window, and then filling in the dialog box that displays. You can have up to 99 reports in a single queue.

The Report Queues book explains how you can make changes to your queues. You can change a report in a queue, change the order of the reports in a queue, delete a report from a queue, or delete an entire queue. You can even add comments to remind you about what each report does.

Once you have set up queues, you can schedule them to run automatically. The Queue Schedules book explains how to create and maintain schedules, link them to queues, and verify which queues are scheduled to run. You can create your own queue schedules, or you can use pre-defined queue schedules that came with your system. With queue schedules, you'll never have to remember to run your queues on specific dates/times.

In Legacy Eagle, you can only add 14 reports to a queue. You can use Legacy MEQ for queues with more than 14 reports, but you can only act upon the first 14 reports— the rest of the reports will be inaccessible.
