Set this Inventory option in Options Configuration to Yes if you want any value greater than zero in the New Order Quantity field (on the Stocking tab of Inventory Maintenance) override and order items on suggested orders (RSO), even though those items are not in season per their PO Season Codes. Set this option to No if you DON'T want a New Order Quantity greater than zero to override PO Season.
