(ID# 2800) This Purchasing option in Options Configuration is only for True Value members who have the True Value Catalog for Windows.
If you want the Purchasing and Receiving window to apply the broken carton charge to the cost of an item on a True Value PO, enter the broken carton charge percent in this option. If the item being added to the PO is a broken carton item (per the True Value catalog) and you are ordering less than the full pack quantity ,the system will add the broken carton charge to the cost of the item.
For example, enter 3 to set this option to True Value’s current broken charge percent, which is 3%.
You must also set Option 2801 "Apply broken carton charge to PO’s created by RSO" to Yes to have RSO also apply the broken carton charge.
