(ID# 3223) This Telecommunications option in Options Configuration only applies if you ever set the Backorder field to Y on your weekly True Value order. If you do, set this option to Yes to ensure that unfilled items are not prevented from being reordered because they are left in limbo on a backorder PO. With this option set to Yes, the ERP process automatically deletes unfilled items from the PO (changes them to status X until you finalize the PO). It deletes them by identifying the "unfilled" code (see the list below) that True Value assigns to them in the incoming ERP data.
If this option were set to N, ERP would simply not post backordered items. This means that these items would stay on backorder and would not get reordered.
