From the Selection prompt, type GETIP and press <Enter>.

If the field is blank, do one of the following:
If you will be using an internet connection (rather than using Do it Best Corp’s satellite), call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to obtain your primary and secondary DNS IP addresses. Then place a call to your Local Platform Specialist (LPS) and he/she will help you enter the addresses. Note that when the addresses are being entered, the system will be down for 10 to 15 minutes.
If you will be using the Do it Best Corp. satellite connection, the primary and secondary DNS IP addresses are 148.74.252.7 and 148.74.252.8 respectively. If you need help entering these DNS IP addresses, place a call to your Local Platform Specialist (LPS) so that he/she can help you. Note that when the addresses are being entered, the system will be down for 10 to 15 minutes.
