P--Send PO Number |
Use this option if you want to send your PO number to True Value. If you use Option P and you send multiple POs during your ordering period, True Value will keep the orders separate (you will receive an A-Copy for each PO). If you do not use Option P, True Value consolidates multiple POs into one A-Copy. |

T--Transmit PO anyway if Invalid SKUs |
Use this option if you want your queued PO transmission to occur even if the PO contains invalid SKUs (invalid IBM numbers). The invalid SKUs will not be included in the transmission. Review the Async Transmission Log (ASYMSG) to determine if the PO contained any invalid SKUs. |

Y--Send Retail |
Use this option if you want to transmit your present retail prices for the items on this PO so True Value can print price stickers for you. If you use this option and you entered a different retail price in the Purchasing and Receiving window, then the new retail price will be transmitted. Otherwise, the retail price from the Inventory Maintenance window is transmitted. |
