Customer Activity Notes: Procedures Overview

Customer Activity Notes are added via a dialog and can then be viewed and modified in the Customer Activity Notes viewer. Printing a report of customer notes is also done from the Customer Activity Notes viewer.

In addition to adding and modifying notes, you can also maintain the list of Note Types. Up to 36 different Note Types can be created.
