(ID# 5219) This Andersen option in Options Configuration gives you the ability to create a default "Cost Multiplier". This multiplier is used to calculate a cost based on the selling price that the Andersen Import passes to Point of Sale. You can enter any number between 00.000 and 99.999. Typically the multiplier will be a decimal value, such as .333.
The multiplier is also available in the Andersen Import function. If option 200 is set to Yes, then in the Andersen Import screen, prior to starting an import session, you can select <Misc> and then <Options> and change the multiplier field. The multiplier and cost will display directly beneath the selling price. The multiplier will retain its new value until it is manually changed or the POS session is ended.
