Setting Up In-Store Gift Card Options

Use the following procedure to set up the options for the In-Store Gift Card application.

System Options

The following system option must be enabled on your system.

• ID# 9070 In-Store Gift Card on System

In Options Configuration, verify that this option is set to Yes. In the Options Configuration window, click ID enter 9070, and press Enter. If the option is set to No, contact Epicor Direct at 800-538-8597.

Application Options

Follow the steps below to set up the options for In-Store Gift Cards in Options Configuration.

1. From the Eagle Browser, click System Management, Options Configuration Menu, Gift Card Options.
   
   Alternatively, you can simply type OPTGC in the Launch bar, and press Enter

2. Set the Current Value column for each option to the desired setting for your business.

3. Click Change to save your changes.
