Report Example

The following is an example of the report. Click a field in the report to take you to the field definition.

Report Field Definitions

The following is a list in alphabetical order of the fields on the RHS report.

# of Trx's— Number of transactions, including invoices and credits.

% of Sales— Percent of sales.

% of Trx's— Percent of transactions.

COGS— Cost of goods sold.

Hour— The hour of the day.

House Chrgs— Sales total for accounts receivable accounts. This amount includes sales tax.

Margin— Gross margin amount.

Nbr of Items— Number of items sold.

Net Sales— The sales dollar amount. This amount includes discounts and does not include sales tax.

Net Sls / Cust— Net sales per customer. The Net Sales column divided by the # of Trx's column.

Other Media— This is the sales total for all types of media (tender), except house charges. This amount includes sales tax.

Store— This is the store number for which the report was run.
