Mobile Scanned UPC Special Format

Scan labels that include the embedded price or order multiple in four label formats:

N = Normal, which contains the UPC, SKU, or manufacturer part number. These labels can be generated by Label Manager.

M = Order multiple, which contains the order multiple plus the SKU. These labels can be generated by Label Manager by adding the field “Order Multiple/SKU” to your label design.

S = Suffixed with price, which contains the SKU followed by the price. These labels can be generated by Label Manager by adding the field “SKU/Price” to your label design.

P = Prefixed by price, which contains the price followed by the SKU. These are not generated by Label Manager.

If you are using option S or P, and the price in the label is different from the price in Inventory, an audible tone plays.

Mobile Inventory Number of Locations Per Item

Enter how many location fields (1 to 6) should be displayed and changeable per item. Eagle can maintain up to six locations per item. If no item is in more than one location, setting this to 1 will prevent users from accidentally entering information in other locations.

Mobile Physical Inventory Count List viewing sequence

This option requires that options 9585 "Inventory Item Lists Enabled" and1155 "Mobile Use Physical Inventory with Count List" are both set to Yes..

This Option controls the order in which items appear when viewing the Item List in Mobile Physical Inventory. Set this option to to L to see the items in order of Location/Sequence #, set it to N to see the items in order of Location/SKU, or set it to S to see the items in order of SKU.

Mobile Physical Inventory Options

Def Shrink Type PIP/QPIP (NOTE: to display this option, click ID, type the option ID number, and press Enter)

Enter the shrinkage type you expect to happen most often. All counts in Eagle Mobile Physical Inventory will have this default shrinkage type assigned, unless you change the "MPIP Shrinkage" field in the Physical Inventory setup screen before beginning a session.

Mobile Physical Inventory Add or Replace Quantity

This option controls what should happen when an item is scanned/entered and a physical inventory count already exists for that item in that location.

A = Add the new quantity to any existing quantity for the item/location.

R= Replace any existing quantity with the new quantity.

Mobile Physical Inventory Save Location?

Should Eagle Mobile Physical Inventory save Location 1 from item to item, or clear Location 1 when a new item is scanned. If you are scanning multiple items with the same Location 1, set this option to Y.

Mobile Physical Inventory Count First Scan as 1?

If you are counting by scanning each item, set this option to Y so the first scan counts as 1.

If you are entering counts using the keyboard, set this option to N so the count field will be blank and ready for your input.

If you are validating quantity on hand, set this option to QOH. The count field defaults to the quantity on hand from Inventory Maintenance.

Mobile Use Physical Inventory with Count List

When set to  Yes, you can access the Physical from List option on the mobile Physical Inventory menu. From this option, choose a Physical Inventory list assigned for items to count. You can also review counted, uncounted, and all items on your list.

Mobile Physical Inventory Maximum count without warning

Eagle Mobile Physical Inventory and Physical from a list will display a warning message if the user enters a count quantity that is larger than the value entered in this option. The warning reads: "You have entered a count greater than XX. Do you want to continue?"

Mobile Receiving Allow scan of PO number

Set this option to Yes if you want to be able to search for a purchase order by scanning a barcode that represents the PO number. Your cursor must be in the correct field for scanning. If you are in the PO field and scan a barcode, it will assume you scanned a PO. You must tab to the item field to scan an item. If your cursor is in the vendor field, scanning is disabled.

(Centralized Distribution users only) Mobile Receiving Always show distributions on Central Distribution PO's

Set this option to Yes if you want the "Mult" hyperlink to always be available on the Receive Item screen when receiving a Centralized Distribution PO. This allows you to see which stores the items are set to be distributed to, even if there is only one store for that item.

On previous version of Eagle Mobile, when receiving a central distribution PO, the “Mult” link was always available so users could see  In the new version an option has been added to control when the “mult” link is visible.  Either on all items or   If 0ption 1183(Mobile Receiving: Always show distributions on central distribution PO’s) is set to Yes then the Mult link will always be visible.  If it is set to no, it will only be visible on items that are on more than one PO line.

Set this option to No if you only want items that exist on two or more PO lines (in other words, only those that are truly on multiple lines) to have the "Mult" hyperlink display in the Receive Item screen.

Transfer Receiving is available for multi-store users licensed for Eagle Mobile Receiving. At any terminal licensed for Eagle Mobile Receiving, set this option to Yes to enable Transfer Receiving.
