Use the following procedure to modify a control stream. For example, you need to enter your store's information (such as your account number and/or password) into a control stream supplied by Epicor Software Corporation™
From the Eagle Browser, type MTC in the Launch field, and press ENTER.
In the Maintain Transmission Control Stream window, click the arrow in the Control Stream Name box and select the control stream you want to modify from the drop-down list. If you are setting up Ace control streams, click here.
To modify a line of the control stream, click in the column you want to modify, click the arrow that displays, and enter the new information. Then click Change on the toolbar.
To add a dialing prefix to the control stream (for example, you have to dial 9 to get an outside line), find the line of the control stream that contains the phone number (the line usually starts with "DPA"), and enter 9, before the phone number.

To add a new line to a control stream, click Add. In the Add Control Stream Line dialog box, select the appropriate Module Name from the drop-down list, and type the stream in the Stream box. Click OK, then click Cancel to close the dialog box.
To delete a line(s) from a control stream, click the box to the left of the line(s) you want to delete, click Delete, and click Yes to confirm the deletion.
