If you have purchased e-Statements and iNet Connect, you can email Accounts Receivable statements to selected customers. e-Statements are emailed as an HTML file attachment or as embedded HTML. You must have an in-store Internet connection accessible by the Eagle Server.
Additionally, if your store has an iNet web site with Accounts On-Line, your customers can view their archived statements online. Archived statements are stored in the Statement Archive Viewer.
To begin sending email statements, do the following:
Check that your system meets the System Requirements for emailing statements
Configure the File Transfer Manager (if you have previously set up E-mail Invoices, then you should have already set up the File Transfer Manager, and can skip this step)
If desired, customize your Email Statement message
Note: The E-Statements feature is not available for the ISC operating system.
