Setting the Snap-To Factor for a Label Design

Epicor Eagleā„¢ Labels for Windows users only.

Setting the Snap-To Factor keeps the fields of your label design in alignment.  As you add or move fields, they "snap to" position in a grid.  The preciseness of the grid is determined by the Snap-To Factor you enter.  The larger the snap-to factor, the bigger the grid.

  1. Display the label design on which you want to set the Snap-To Factor.

  2. Click Misc.

  3. Click Set Snap To Factor.  The Set Snap To Factor dialog displays.

  4. In the Snap To Factor box, enter a number.  Epicor recommends you enter a number between 60 and 100.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Save your label design to preserve the Snap To Factor.

Tip: If you want to undo the Snap To Factor, repeat the above steps, except enter 0 in the Snap To Factor box.
