(Optional) Delivery Confirmation: Set Up Delivery Instructions

(Delivery Confirmation users only)

If desired, set up delivery instructions on the Notes tab of Customer Maintenance. These delivery instructions are downloaded to the PDA along with the customer's delivery transaction.

1. Display the Customer Maintenance window.

2. Display the customer for whom you are adding delivery instructions.

3. Click the Notes tab. Select note type 24 from the drop-down list.

3. Type the delivery instructions in the Message box at the bottom of the window, using control-enter to start a new line of text if needed.

4. Click Add.
