Use the Vendor Rebate Report to:
Print by vendor and for each vendor, show all activity by customer/job, or customer/job by class.
Finalize rebate claims.
To use this report you must have:
Option 77 “Vendor Rebates Allowed” set to Yes.
Security Bit 855 "Allow Vendor Rebate Report" set to Yes.
Click Print Setup and review the default entries in the fields and make changes, if needed.
Click Options. There is only one option to select. If you want to Finalize a Claim Report, then select this option. Option F finalizes claims, and is typically selected as part of your end-of-day processing. All rebates selected in the next step will be flagged as “finalized” with the run date. Only finalized rebate claims are purged when the Archive Maintenance purge runs (Option 7296 “Days to Keep Vendor Rebate SIF/RB Records”).
Click From/To. Fill in the desired fields to limit the accounts that are included on the report.
Click Fax Setup Fill in the fields if you want to fax the report.
Click Run if you are running this report now, or click Queue if you are adding this report to a queue. For more information about creating queues, click here.
