Adding Items to Inventory

You can add items from the Catalog to your inventory file (Inventory Maintenance).

To add items to inventory from the Item List Screen

1. Click the line item you want to add to inventory.

2. On the toolbar, click Add.

3. On the Add Item dialog box, change item information, if necessary.

4. You can use the equals sign '=' in the Class and Fineline dropdown fields to search for a specific class or fineline. For example to enter the fineline code for 'Post Hole Diggers', type '=P' in the Fineline Field and continue to type additional characters O, S, and then T to narrow the search with each additional letter you type.

5. Click Add.

To add items to inventory from the Item Detail Screen

1. On the toolbar, click Add.

2. On the Add Item dialog box, change item information, if necessary.

3. Click Add.
