Eagle Help Now in the Cloud

The Eagle system now uses cloud help, which is a live help file accessed over the internet. If you are seeing this message, then you are NOT currently accessing cloud help.

Enabling Cloud Help

To enable cloud help, set option 260 “Eagle Client Help File Location” to C-Cloud in Options Configuration.

Can't Access Cloud Help?

A local help file is available for stations that cannot access Cloud Help.  You will download a Windows Installer (MSI) file that you will run on each station needing a local help file. If needed, use the procedure below to download a local help file.

  1.  Click here to go to the download site.
  2. At the login screen, use your iSupport login to access the site. If you do not have a login, click the link to register. Once you receive a registration confirmation email, you can return to the download to enter your login information.
  3. Click Download Eagle Help in the left pane.

  1. Click the appropriate help file from the list. Then follow the prompts on the screen to install the local help file.
