Deleting Suspended Transactions

Use the following procedure if you need to delete a suspended transaction (for example, the customer never came back to finish the transaction). You need security bit 69 to complete this procedure.

1. From the posting screen, with the screen blank as if you are starting a new transaction, click Suspend.

   The Suspended Transactions dialog box displays a list of all suspended transactions.

2. Click on the suspended transaction you want to delete.

3. Click Delete.

4. A message displays that the transaction has been deleted.

5. Click Cancel to close the Suspended Transactions dialog box.
