Use this field to specify what prints on the Alternate Part Number Report (RAP). Some options are available only with certain report types.
E = Only Serial Numbers for this Store. This option is available only with Report Type W. The report will print serial numbers that exist for the store for which the RAP is being run. The system determines the store based on option 9093 “Position in the serial #’s Reference field that defines the Store” and looking in that position of the serial number's Reference field to identify the store in which a serial number exists. For example, if option 9093 is set to 10, and the RAP with Option E is being run for store 2, then only serial numbers that have a 2 in the 10th character of the Reference field will print on the report. Note: option 9093 is not used to determine the store on temporary serial numbers. The store for a temporary serial number is always the forth position of the serial number.
F = Reset the Audit flag for all items in the range you specify. This option is available only with Report Type R. When you add a UPC, the system flags (marks) it as a new addition to the UPC File. To verify that those new additions are correct, you can run audit reports that include only those new additions. When you are satisfied that the UPCs are correct, run Report RAP, Report Type R with Option F to remove (reset) the Audit flag.
G = Print only serial numbers that are still available (they have not been sold). This option is available only with Report Type W.
H = Print only serial numbers that have been sold (they are no longer available). This option is available only with Report Type W.
K = Print only UPCs that you electronically received with telecommunications. When the UPC is added through a telecomm application, the Eagle sets the upc-telecomm-audit flag to Y. Printing RAP with option K will print these items This option is available only with Report Type R.
L = Print only UPCs that you added with a ScanStart tape or merged with Function EUPC (Electronic UPC Capture). This includes only those UPCs that you added since the last time you ran Report RAP, Option F. This option is available only with Report Type R.
M = This allows you to change the last used UPC to the Primary UPC. It does this using a two-part rule: The first part “Set last used UPC to Primary if used in last __ months” is used to prevent the system from changing the last used UPC to primary on inactive items. You define how recent the "last used UPC" shall have been used before the system will change it to the Primary UPC. The second part of the rule “and no other UPC was used in the last __ months” prevents the system from changing the last used UPC to primary if other UPCs for that item have also been recently used. This prevents flip flopping the Primary UPC when the product on hand has some units with one UPC and some units with another UPC. Click Here for additional notes.
O = Print only items that have more than one UPC cross-referenced to them in the Maintain UPC Codes window. This option is available only with Report Type R and U. If you use Option O, you must also use Option S.
P = Print only UPCs that you added in POS. This includes only those UPCs that you added since the last time you ran Report RAP, Option F. This option is available only with Report Type R.
S = Print UPC information in SKU order. If you do not use Option S, the report prints in UPC code order. This option is available only with Report Type N, R, and U.
X = Purge unused UPCs. The system considers a UPC unused if no one has scanned the item in the last XX months (XX = the number of months you enter in the UPCs not used in last __ months field).
You can scan UPCs in the following applications: POS/CPOS, PIP (Physical Inventory Posting), QPIP (Quick Physical Inventory Posting), and EPIP (Electronic Physical Inventory).
This option is available only with Report Type U. If you use this option, you must fill in the UPCs not used in last __ months field.
V = Print only UPCs that you added in the Maintain UPC window, or in FIL (Flexible Inventory Load). This includes only those UPCs that you added since the last time you ran Report RAP, Option F. This option is available only with Report Type R.
Z = If you have items with serial numbers, this option purges serial numbers sold more than XX months ago (XX = the number of months you enter in the UPCs not used in last __ months field). This option is available only with Report Type U. If you use this option, you must fill in the UPCs not used in last __ months field.
