Welcome to Epicor Eagleā¢ Options Configuration for Windows, an application which is accessible from the System Management menu in the Eagle Browser. At the most basic level, Options Configuration can be defined as the application in which you set up all the constants that affect how your system works. But the Options Configuration application includes much more than that. You can add, copy, or delete a user or terminal, as well as add or delete a store. You can even create templates so that you can quickly and easily apply a set of options to a store, user, or terminal.
In certain instances you can determine which way a constant is stored. For example, whether or not you accept multiple checks from a customer at Point-of-Sale is by default a system-wide constant. This means that all stores either accept multiple checks, or all of them do not. However, you can change this option to a store-specific option, which then allows each store to determine whether they take multiple checks or not.
The easy-to-use online help system can assist you in finding out what you need to know about the Options Configuration application. Look at the list of books on the left side of your screen.
