Displaying/Printing Cash Requirements

After you have selected which Accounts Payable transactions you want to pay, you can display and/or print the cash required to pay those transactions.

Displaying/Printing Cash Requirements

  1. Display the A/P Invoice Maintenance and Payment window.

  2. With the Vendor, Invoice, and Voucher fields blank, click Display.

     In a moment or two, unpaid transactions display in the grid.

  3. Click .

    A box displays, showing the total cash required to pay the selected transactions.

  4. Click OK.

  1. (Optional) To take advantage of prompt payment discounts and to help you manage your cash flow, print the Print Cash Requirements report.
