LAST VOUCHER NUMBER USED

This field is in the A/P Control File (ACON) window.

You can decide the starting number the system will use to assign voucher numbers. The system begins numbering in the following manner:

• If you want to begin at 1, enter 0.

• If you want to begin at 1000, enter 999.

Note: The Last Voucher Number Used cannot be changed after initial setup of ACON.
