To print a report of Customer Activity Notes, use any of the viewer options for printing, or export the data and then print.
Display the Customer Activity Notes viewer from either of the following:
From the Eagle Browser, click Accounts Receivable Menu, and then click Customer Activity Notes Viewer.
From the Customer Maintenance window (MCR), click Go To. From the Go To menu, click Z-Customer Activity Notes Viewer.
Use the various selection fields at the top of the viewer, and the grid tools (sort, hide, etc.) to display the notes that you want to print. For more information about viewing notes, click here to go to the help topic.
To print the grid, click Print (on the toolbar) or click the printer icon at the lower right edge of the grid window.
To export grid data to another program and then print, right-click any column header, point to Control Panel, and then click one of the Export options.
