Use the Open Item Maintenance window to view A/R transaction information. One transaction at a time displays on the screen. In this program, you can display:
a specific transaction
all transactions for an account
a specific document type
transactions that are not finalized
If you know the document number, type it in the Document number box and press ENTER. Or, in the Cust Number box, type the document number starting with a period and then press ENTER.
To display all transactions for an account:
Display the customer you want to view.
Click . Continue to click Previous to display all this account's transactions, from newest to oldest.
To display transactions from a specific date forward:
Display the customer you want to view. For help on displaying a customer account, click here.
In the Doc Date box, enter the date. Or, click the arrow to the right of the Doc Date box and select a date.
Click . Continue to click Next to display all transactions for this date.
To display transactions of a specific type:
Display the customer you want to view. For help on displaying a customer account, click here. Or, leave the Cust Number field blank.
Click the arrow next to the Document Type box.
Click a document type to select it.
From the Tools menu, click Options. From the Next By (MOI) list, click Document Type. Click Accept.
Click . Continue to click Previous to display all transactions of this type, from newest to oldest.
To display all unfinalized transactions:
Leave the Cust Number field blank.
From the Tools menu, click Options. From the Next By (MOI) list, click Finalized. Click Accept.
Click . Continue to click Previous to display all unfinalized transactions.
Look for a downward pointing arrow next to the Cust Number, Finalized, or Document Type fields. This arrow tells you the "Next By" option that is selected.
