Deleting a Payment

From the Received On Account window, you can delete a payment that was previously entered.

Deleting a Payment

  1. Display the Received On Account window.

  2. Display the customer.

  3. Click the Payments and Credits tab.

  4. Click the payment you want to delete. The payment information displays in the posting area at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Click Delete. Click one of the delete options, if it displays, and then click OK. Or, click Yes to delete the payment, then click OK.
