(e-Statement users with iNet Accounts On-Line only)
Statements are archived when you run the Statement Report (RSM) from Eagle for Windows with the "Archive Statements" field is set to yes (on the From/To page). Archived statements are stored in the Statement Archive Viewer.
Use the following procedure to prevent selected archived statements from displaying when a customer accesses your iNet Accounts On-line web site. For example, you ran statements, but then discovered there was an error with the statements and you don't want to publish them on your iNet site.
From the Eagle Browser, click Accounts Receivable Menu, then click Statement Archive Viewer.
In the Viewer, locate the statement(s) you want to hide from being displayed in iNet. You can narrow your search by designating a customer number and statement date range.
Click the checkbox to the left of the statements you DO NOT want to publish. (Note: you can also use the down-arrow key and spacebar to place or remove checkmarks.)
Click Misc, and then click Do Not Publish Checked Rows.
Note that the "Publishable" column changes to No for the selected items.
If you need to change any statements back to Yes, click the checkbox to the left of them, click Misc, and select Publish Checked Rows.
If you want to view an archived statement, simply double-click on it in the Statement Archive Viewer.
