You can use the keyboard to easily enter information, open menus, and make selections from menus.
To open a menu, press alt and the underlined letter in the menu name.
For example, to open the File menu, you would press alt+f.
To invoke a command on an opened menu, press the underlined letter of the command name.
For example, with the File menu opened, press L to load view.
Tip: You can also use the up or down arrow key to highlight a command from any opened menu and then press enter to invoke it.
To invoke a command on the Action menu, use the shortcut key(s). You can view the currently assigned shortcut key(s) by opening the Action menu. You do not have to open the Action menu in order to use the shortcut key(s).
For example, press f6 to display item detail.
Shortcut keys can be displayed on the Toolbar for easy reference (see "Toolbar" below).
To select an action on the toolbar, press the shortcut key(s) that display for each action.
Displaying the shortcut keys on the toolbar is an option on the Toolbar submenu.
