Before you begin updating your Eagle catalog via Electronic File Maintenance (EFM), you must be set up on the vendor's system. If you already do other types of telecommunication with the vendor such as sending purchase orders or receiving electronic invoices, then you are already set up on their system.
If you have never done any type of telecommunications with the vendor, call them and tell them you need to be set up to do async communications (Do it Best Corp. offers both async and FTP communications). Below are the phone numbers for various coops:
