(Multistore Eagle Mobile users only)
Do the following setup on the Eagle system so that you can use Eagle Mobile Transfer Receiving.
Set option 1175 "Mobile Transfer Receiving enabled" to Yes in Options Configuration.
In Security Maintenance, verify that security bit 866 "Access/Update Mobile Receiving" and bit 961 "Ability to access the Transfer Receiving Variance Viewer" have been assigned to the appropriate employees.
In Options Configuration, add a user called TRANSFER, and then assign it full security access in Security Maintenance.
In Options Configuration, add a terminal that the system will use as a reference for the options that affect how transfers are completed. You do not need to set up a terminal for each store, just for one store.
With the terminal you just created still displayed in Options Configuration, click in the Current Value box of the following options, and select the settings specified below. Then click Change on the toolbar to save these settings.
(ID# 500) Terminal's Default User - set this option to TRANSFER.
(ID# 520) Terminal's Special Security - set this option to N.
Set up the following additional options in Options Configuration, and then click Change on the toolbar to save your settings.
Set option 9082 "Terminal for options and security when transfers created outside of POS" to the terminal number you just set up. The system will then use the settings for this terminal/signed-on user to complete transfers.
Set option 5033 "Restrict Change of Transfer’s status to appropriate store" to No. You only need to do this for the lock-in location of the terminal you entered in option 9082.
Set option 9631 "Mobile Transfer Receiving Status of Transfer in the Variance viewer" to control what status of transfers you want to see in the Variance Viewer. Your options are to see S - shipped transfers, C - completed transfers, or B - both (shipped and completed).
