Every financial statement layout you create (in the Financial Statement Layouts window of the General Ledger application) must be assigned a statement specification number in the Printing Financial Statements window before you can print it. The Printing Financial Statements window displays, in a grid, all of the financial statement specifications you currently have on file. When you are ready to run financial statements, you can choose which financial statements you want to print by doing the following:
Look at the Print Next Run? column. If there is a Y in this column for a particular statement, the statement will print when you run financial statements. If there is an N in this column for a particular statement, the statement will not print when you run financial statements.
To change a Y to an N, or to change an N to a Y, simply click on it.
Click Change.
